Role Overview The Product Manager will play a key role in HCP marketing for the launch of the company's new novel therapy and beyond. Responsibilities include developing brand strategy and tactical plans, partnering with agencies on messaging and materials, managing projects to ensure timely, on-budget execution, and collaborating with field teams. This hands‑on role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Support launch planning and annual marketing strategy, tactics, and budget.
Drive HCP marketing initiatives, including materials and messaging.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for aligned execution.
Conduct market research and data analysis to inform strategy.
Serve as the main contact for the sales team to optimize communication and field insights.
Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Maintain consistency of brand strategy across all marketing activities.
Develop expertise in product clinical data, disease state, competitors, and market.
Partner with the TLL team for KOL and advocacy engagement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and manage the PRC approval process.
Qualifications
BA/BS in business, science, or related field.
3-5 years pharma/biotech experience is required.
Oncology or biosimilar experience is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Knowledge of US regulatory/compliance for pharma promotion.
Proficiency in MS Office; ability to travel up to 30%.
Salary and Benefits
Salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 - Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
