Job Summary: We are seeking a detail‑oriented and creative Web Content Specialist to join our digital marketing team supporting enterprise web content operations. This role will be responsible for executing and maintaining website updates, managing content workflows within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and translating marketing and design requests into engaging, compliant, and technically sound web experiences. This is a remote, 40‑hour/week contract role with a preference for candidates located near Pittsburgh, PA; Lake Mary, FL; or New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and publish website content updates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards.

Collaborate directly with marketing stakeholders to translate content requests and creative briefs into actionable, high‑quality web deliverables.

Partner with design and development teams to adapt marketing assets (e.g., PDFs, graphics) into optimized web components.

Maintain and organize digital assets and metadata within AEM DAM, applying best practices in version control and tagging.

Execute both simple and complex content deployments, balancing multiple projects and priorities on a weekly basis.

Support global site operations by managing content across multiple tenants and regional sites within AEM.

Ensure proper functioning and display of content across browsers and devices; troubleshoot and resolve publishing issues.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve workflows, governance, and efficiency in the content publishing process.

Monitor and report on content performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

Maintain documentation of publishing processes, workflows, and updates to ensure operational consistency.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands‑on experience managing enterprise‑grade content management systems (CMS), with a strong preference for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Proficiency in front‑end web technologies such as HTML and CSS.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they influence web content and design.

Familiarity with UX/UI and accessibility (WCAG) best practices.

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and deadlines.

Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Workfront.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

AEM certification (Author or Developer) preferred.

Experience in financial services or pharmaceutical industries.

2+ years of experience supporting website redesigns or transformations.

Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.

Experience managing multi‑region websites and understanding localization practices.

Familiarity with AI‑enabled workflows for digital content production.

Pay Rate Range Min Pay Rate 73.6 USD hourly. Max Pay Rate 92 USD hourly.
