The LA Group Landscape Architecture and Engineering is seeking an entry‑level Landscape Designer to work in either our Saratoga Springs or Ithaca office. The role supports a range of public, institutional, municipal and private development projects, including site design and stormwater management.
Job Duties
Work in a studio environment, collaborating both independently and in team‑based settings. Communicate concepts and iterations clearly using design and graphic skills. Create drawings and specifications with AutoCAD and Civil 3D (2016 or later). Produce visual presentations in SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Adobe Illustrator, and the Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrate compliance with U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. 0–5 years of professional experience. Strong organization, self‑motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in design software and the Microsoft Office suite. Compensation and Benefits
