Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Schaumburg, IL, seeks an organized and proactive Community Manager. The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of assigned communities, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintenance of properties, and effective communication with residents. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, resolving community issues, supervising staff or service providers, preparing reports, and supporting the community's board of directors in decision-making processes. The role requires fostering a positive environment while addressing the needs of the community.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, staff, and board members.
Knowledge of property management, HOA operations, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
Ability to handle conflict resolution and provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
Proficiency with office software and technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in property or community management is preferred.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
