This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on campaign production, overseeing cross-channel digital storytelling that connects art, culture, and data.You’ll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of designers, editors, and developers to shape and deliver cross-channel initiatives. The right candidate balances strong organizational and client management skills with an ability to concept, design, and produce content directly alongside the team.Up to three days a week will be dedicated to hands-on creative work—supporting copywriting, graphic design, and digital content development—to ensure our ideas not only read well but *look* exceptional.This is a role for someone who thrives on both the strategic *and* the tactile—comfortable managing clients and analyzing performance data one day, and designing, writing, and publishing content the next.We are seeking **full-time candidates for a contract role**, with a trial period arranged before a potential transition into a full-benefits position beginning January 1, 2026.Salary range is $60,000 – $85,000 based on experience and schedule.**WHAT YOU’LL DO****Day-to-Day Responsibilities****Project Management & Operations*** Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with strategists, creatives, and engineers.* Manage shared trackers and project timelines using Asana, Basecamp, and Google Suite.* Oversee resource allocation and internal workflows, ensuring clarity and accountability across teams.* Lead internal meetings, communicate priorities, and maintain detailed documentation of deliverables.**Client & Account Management*** Serve as the primary point of contact for major art and culture clients, aligning creative execution with their strategic objectives.* Lead daily communications, synthesize feedback, and translate it into actionable next steps for the internal team.* Review all assets and deliverables for quality, tone, and presentation before client delivery.* Monitor analytics and prepare monthly reports highlighting performance, engagement, and strategic insights.* Serve as an internal hub of information for immediate team; collaborate with external consultants on paid media and PR to align paid, earned, and owned media touchpoints.**Creative Production (Hands-On)*** Collaborate directly with designers and writers up to three days per week to generate ready-to-publish assets—social graphics, paid media visuals, video scripts, and digital copy.* Contribute to concept development, art direction, and tone across web, social, and editorial formats.* Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to design visuals and support layout development.* Write and refine campaign copy, balancing brand voice, audience engagement, and data-informed storytelling.**Content Management & Digital Archives*** Oversee content strategy and publishing workflows for client social channels and websites, including CMS management and QA.* Build and maintain digital archives that extend the lifespan of cultural programming online.* Transform physical and print exhibition catalogs into comprehensive 360° digital campaigns—spanning web features, editorial content, social media, and paid distribution.* Ensure all digital experiences are organized, accessible, and aligned with client branding and UX best practices.* Analyze campaign performance and audience data to guide ongoing optimization and future creative direction.**Expectations*** Balance creative intuition with analytical rigor to deliver campaigns that are visually compelling and performance-driven.* Provide clear leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.* Model excellent communication and organization, ensuring transparency across clients and collaborators.* Maintain curiosity, cultural fluency, and an iterative approach to digital storytelling.**Qualifications*** 3-5+ years of experience in account or project management within a creative, digital, or communications agency.* Proven ability to lead and produce cross-channel campaigns across web, editorial, and social.* Fluency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Sprout) and data interpretation.* Experience managing content publishing in CMS platforms (WebFlow, Sanity, or equivalent).* Hands-on experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; editorial or copywriting background a plus.* Experience in contemporary art, museum, or culture sectors strongly preferred.How to applyEmail your resume to jobs@digitalcounsel.xyz with subject line "Your Full Name - Creative Project Manager” in the subject line along with an introductory message.
