Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually
We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist who’s driven by data and motivated by performance. In this role, you’ll focus on the strategy, numbers, and insights behind our marketing campaigns.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to shape how we grow our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines. Your work will help guide where we spend, who we target, and how we improve.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing performance, spotting patterns in customer behavior, and translating campaign data into smart next steps. If you’re someone who likes working behind the scenes to drive strategy and outcomes — we’d love to talk.
This is not a creative role — we’re looking for someone who’s fluent in KPIs, obsessed with performance, and confident in turning data into direction.
Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs including CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and board fill
Track and report on the performance of paid, organic, email, and direct response campaigns
Help build and manage marketing dashboards and reporting cadences
Segment customer data to identify high-performing audiences and campaign opportunities
Recommend campaign optimizations based on performance trends and budget efficiency
Maintain clean attribution and UTM tracking across platforms
Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to leadership
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to inform timing, offers, and audience targeting
Support forecasting for membership growth, service demand, and campaign ROI

Ability to interpret marketing data and connect it to business outcomes
Clear, confident communication, especially when explaining data to non-technical audiences
Comfortable working independently and managing recurring reports or ad hoc analyses
Organized and reliable when juggling multiple deadlines or reporting needs
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Required Skills & Abilities Experience with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization/reporting tools
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution, and campaign tracking
Working knowledge of CRM and email platforms
Education & Experience Proven experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or data strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
Experience in field services or home services is a plus
Proven track record of using data to improve campaign performance
