Liberty Harbor is hiring: Video Surveillance/ Property Site Inspector in Jersey

A Jersey City community is looking for a motivated and hardworking employee to oversee a Luxury Community of Several High Rise buildings and its community streets. We are looking for a full-time person to fill the overnight position. (11:00pm-07:00am) Responsibilities Oversee the surveillance cameras for multiple Hi-Rise Luxury Buildings and surrounding Community Streets Secure premises by patrolling property; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points Troubleshoot surveillance camera issues should they arise Escalate any situation that arises to the appropriate person and/or 911 Emergency Enforce establishment regulations Reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures. Act as overnight fire safety officer Requirements Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position, such as a First Responder Comfortability with software including ButterflyMx, Avigilon VMS, Gsuite, and Access Control High school degree and proficiency in English Surveillance skills and details orientation Physical Requirement: Ability to jog fast or run in the case of an emergency Pay Rate and Benefits Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off for Holidays, Vacation, and Sick leave 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Matching Contributions Job Type: Full-time, Schedule: 11:00pm-7:00am (40 hours a week) We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
