Job Summary The Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, generating qualified leads for our talented sales team. The role requires exceeding lead targets set by the Event Marketing Manager. Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques. Work independently while keeping the manager informed. Generate and capture lead data for award-winning products. Set up and tear down events (ability to lift 50 lbs). Job Requirements Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required. Attention to detail and punctuality. Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line. High level of energy, engagement, and ability to stand for extended periods at events. Ability to use our proven system to generate qualified leads. Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads. What We Offer Starting pay: $18 per hour + commission, paid weekly on Fridays. Compensation increases based on event performance. Paid training and flexible scheduling.
