What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Create and maintain a library of sales support materials, including presentations, messaging, and digital resources
Customize and deliver opportunity-specific materials for sales teams with quick turnaround times
Develop repeatable playbooks, templates, and checklists for efficient production of materials
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet material requirements
Track production metrics and gather feedback to improve sales materials over time
What is Required (Qualifications) Experience in marketing, sales enablement, or business development
Strong understanding of commercial sales, federal contracting, and business development processes
Excellent writing and editing skills tailored to federal audiences
Proven ability to communicate complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences
Proficiency with PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or video editing tools is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working with vendors and production partners for print, video, and design
Strong project management skills with a focus on detail and organization
Ability to balance quick-turn requests with longer-term process development
