Enterprise Marketing's mission is to help the company position for and win profitable new work in our target markets by providing positive Customer Experiences based on improved emotion, ease and effectiveness. **Job Summary** Provide day-to-day management of Marketing projects including managing schedules, deadlines and budget compliance; guiding stakeholder communications and interdependencies between projects and teams; while ensuring alignment across Marketing strategies that position Black & Veatch’s brand, value, solutions and services in the markets. **Key Responsibilities** + Direct the flow of work for the full lifecycle of marketing projects (creative brief to performance measurement) across the teams within Enterprise Marketing. + Manage creation and execution of marketing content calendar and campaign deliverables including graphics, content, videos or other multi-media outputs that position BV’s brand, value, solutions and services. + Manage the flow of creative deliverables to various channel teams for execution + Managing incoming requests in Wrike, obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple complex projects. + Manage project evaluation and implementation. + Manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects and teams. + Assist marketing team members in prioritizing their time on active projects and overcoming project barriers. + Partner with integrated marketing on industry best practices to determine channel distribution for maximize effectiveness and audience experience of final deliverables. + Create, monitor and provide ongoing communication of project progress to appropriate stakeholders. + Provide detailed project reporting and budgeting to support plans and profitability to stakeholders. + Manage administration of Wrike as well as the investment in the tool and the relationship with the vendor. + Continually evaluate Wrike effectiveness and integration possibilities across all BV tools and platforms. + Wrike functionality, forms, reports, and automation, ensuring projects follow standard guidelines for tracking and execution. + Manage project process documentation. + Identify risk areas pertaining to schedule, deadlines and budget and recommend alternate strategies to leadership that address concerns. + Network across organizations and multiple lines of business and regions to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment. + Lead projects staffed with internal and external designers, artists, writers and marketing professionals. **Management Responsibilities** **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong collaboration and teamwork. + Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. + Extensive experience working in a project management tool, preferably Wrike. + Experience working within Office 365. + Experience with reporting and use of metrics to track and measure performance. + Experience with Digital Asset Management systems and managing asset control. + Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, channels and tactics. + Understanding of Creative Services and Marketing Operations workflows. **Minimum Qualifications** Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field; or equivalent experience Experience: 6+ years related experience All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. **Certifications** **Work Environment/Physical Demands** Typical Office environment.
