Location: Phoenix, Arizona Contract to Hire We are hiring a Civil Designer to support a variety of infrastructure and site development projects. This role involves design, drafting, and documentation using Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Requirements: 7+ years of experience. Proficient in 3D modeling/designs for civil design. (AutoCAD or Civil 3D) Strong knowledge of civil design principles and software. Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Assisting with design site layouts, roads, storm drainage, utilities, erosion control, and traffic control. Concrete/steel framing plans Produce and revise drawings, reports, and construction documents. Analyze maps, surveys, and geologic data for design planning. Ensure compliance with design codes and project specs. Coordinate with engineers and project managers across disciplines. Maintain accurate and organized project files.
