Responsibilities include checking members in, selling memberships and services, upselling to existing clients, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is motivated, with a background in customer service and sales, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Execute sales of new memberships and services Respond promptly to client inquiries Greet clients warmly and facilitate class check-ins Process retail transactions Maintain studio cleanliness and appearance Qualifications College degree or current enrollment Customer service experience required; boutique fitness/gym experience preferred Availability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings Start with 15-25 hours per week, with potential for more.
