Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent is searching for a go getter on the phone with opportunity for advancement and growth. A producer who can make outbound calls/contacts from a digital click to dial provided lists. Your goal is to make contact with prospects regarding their Auto Insurance and provide an insurance quote and help customers save money. As our Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market Auto and Home Insurance policies. Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text. Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers. Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs. Meet established quote activities goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day. QUALIFICATIONS
No sales experience required, but inside sales or telemarketing experience is preferred. Must be willing to make outbound calls and sound really good on the phone. Engagement, enthusiasm, and optimistic approach when calling. INCOME OVERVIEW
While this is an entry level position of $8 to $9 per hour, we are increasing our commission schedule for this position for you to earn additional income. Our goal for this position is for you to earn $35,000 to $45,000 per year. BENEFITS
