We’re looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Influencer & Partnerships Manager to lead and grow Medicine Mama’s doctor and creator programs. This person will own our doctor partnership community — managing relationships, sending product samples and education materials, and ensuring our healthcare partners have everything they need to confidently recommend our products.
In addition, this role will manage influencer gifting and paid partnerships — from sourcing and negotiating to creative briefing and payment — and play a key role in executing community and brand events (with light travel, ~10 days/year).

Key Responsibilities
Medical Provider Partner Program & Community
Own and grow our doctor partner program: recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with OB/GYNs, pelvic floor therapists, and other healthcare providers.
Manage communication with doctor partners: send product samples, educational materials, and updates.
Serve as the main point of contact for all doctor partners, ensuring they have the resources needed to recommend and share Medicine Mama with their patients.
Track engagement, feedback, and referrals to optimize the program.
Develop community-building initiatives (e.g. newsletters, webinars, or educational events).
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Manage influencer gifting, paid partnerships, and affiliate collaborations across social platforms.
Identify and vet potential influencer and creator partners aligned with brand values.
Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines; manage contracts and payments.
Develop creative briefs and coordinate product seeding and shipments.
Measure performance and ROI of influencer partnerships.
Retail & In-Store Influencer Strategy
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute influencer strategies supporting Target, Ulta, and other retail accounts.
Identify influencers with strong retail presence and regional followings to drive in-store traffic and awareness.
Collaborate on creative concepts and campaigns tied to shelf presence, endcaps, and in-store promotions.
Track conversion metrics and engagement to evaluate retail influencer impact.
Events & Community Activation
Support execution of Medicine Mama brand and community events, including influencer meetups, doctor panels, and pop-ups.
Coordinate logistics, partner communication, and brand representation (includes up to ~10 travel days per year).
About You
4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or community management (ideally in CPG, wellness, or beauty).
Strong communication and relationship management skills — you love connecting with people and building trust.
Experience negotiating influencer contracts, managing budgets, and reporting on performance.
Organized and proactive: you can juggle multiple programs and timelines without missing a beat.
Passionate about women’s health, wellness, and creating meaningful brand connections.
Bonus: experience managing healthcare professional or practitioner programs.
