Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
- Advanced Design Education and Experience - Master's degree with at least 4 years of product or service design experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience creating user-centered designs.
- Proficiency in Design and Prototyping Tools - 3-5 years of experience using Figma and other UI/UX design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user flows.
- Expertise in Web UX and Responsive Design - 2-3 years of experience developing responsive web experiences, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and cross-device performance.

How you will make an impact:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver exceptional web and UX design experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with brand guidelines and enhance player engagement.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create accessible and visually compelling designs that support player-facing features, commerce, and community initiatives.
- Participate in design critiques, reviews, and sprint meetings to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Deliver high-quality work that contributes to successful product launches and measurable improvements in user experience.
- 5-7 years of product or service design experience in a professional environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and related prototyping tools; familiarity with After Effects, Illustrator, or AI-powered design tools a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A well-rounded portfolio showing real shipped work, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving across multiple platforms.
