Develop and refine graphic layouts, symbols, logos, and interfaces for in-game and promotional materials
Stay ahead of market trends in art, animation, and player engagement to keep visual styles fresh and relevant
Lead by example— mentor junior artists and support cross-team creative reviews
Establish best practices and pipelines for art production and asset optimization
Collaborate across disciplines to ensure visual excellence aligns with performance and production goals
Build and texture 2D and 3D assets using industry-standard tools (Maya, Max, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Maintain quality and consistency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What You’ll Bring

8–10+ years of professional experience in casino or video game development
Deep expertise in composition, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Experience with 3D modeling and texturing using Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent
Understanding of runtime engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
Strong attention to detail and a passion for elevating visual quality
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines
Must be eligible for a Nevada Gaming registration
