Hybrid - Onsite in Culver City / Cupertino (California) or New York City.

We are looking for a Podcast Program Manager to join the Integrated Media Team in a global leader in technology and entertainment, working on innovative and high-impact campaigns across podcasts, streaming audio, radio, and emerging media formats.

You will collaborate closely with in-house media, analytics, creative, and strategy teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that connect audiences worldwide. The ideal candidate is strategic, process-oriented, and passionate about audio storytelling - someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has strong knowledge of the digital and podcast advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end tactical planning and execution of podcast, streaming, and radio campaigns.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration to activate, monitor, and optimize performance.
  • Partner with creative, production, and analytics teams to deliver impactful and measurable results.
  • Build relationships with publishers, vendors, and third-party platforms to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in media planning or buying, preferably within an agency or in-house media group.
  • Hands-on experience with podcast and streaming audio campaigns (Spotify, Pandora, iHeartRadio, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of the paid media production process and campaign lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with tools like AdsWizz, Megaphone, Acast, and ad validation platforms such as DoubleVerify, CM, WhiteOps.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • OOH/DOOH experience is a plus.
