- Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital platforms and products.

- Analyze and interpret user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design to drive innovation.
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints to foster collaboration and creativity.
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Drive the adoption of design systems and standards to streamline the design process.
Qualifications -
- Possess a strong background in UI/UX design with a focus on hybrid applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in UX consulting and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.
- Exhibit proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Have experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Show a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Display excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hold a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
