Role Description:

Understanding User Needs: Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and other stakeholders.
Design and Prototyping: Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideas and demonstrate functionality.
UI Design: Designing graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets, focusing on visual communication and aesthetics.
UX Design: Focusing on user experience, ensuring intuitive navigation, clear information architecture, and a positive overall user journey.
Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with developers to translate designs into functional web pages, ensuring technical feasibility and usability.
Usability Testing: Conducting usability testing to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Iterative Design: Adapting designs based on user feedback and testing results, continuously refining the user experience.
Technical Implementation: Understanding coding principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement designs and ensure they are functional and performant

Desirable Skills:

Proficiency in Design Tools: Familiarity with design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Understanding of Wireframe and Prototyping Tools: Experience with tools like Balsamiq, Mockplus, or Axure.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Basic Understanding of Coding: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or a willingness to learn.
