Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences for Salesforce applications. This role requires a deep understanding of designing for complex business applications, as well as expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality user experiences that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into user interface designs.
  • Help promote design language consistency by utilizing the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to create responsive and visually appealing Figma or any other tools wireframes for desktops and tablets.
  • Implement best practices for accessibility and usability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design, as well as Salesforce platform updates and releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present designs, solicit feedback, and drive
  • consensus on design decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a design related field or engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience working in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Component Framework preferred.
  • Solid understanding of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
