Responsibilities
- Develop graphics for school illustrations, logos, and websites
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
- Produce final design solutions (like logos, banners, interfaces)
- Pitch creative ideas
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects
- Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction)
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
- Advise teams on strategies to reach the school community
- Determine the correct messaging the design should portray
- Incorporate changes recommended by the team into the final design
- Prepare and participate in Marketing team meetings under supervision to review creative process, assets and ideas
- Bachelor's degree required
- A strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphics (Strongly preferred)
- Experience in graphic design and editing of digital and print materials
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Organized and capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Open to learning new skills while respectfully transferring your knowledge to team members
- Starting salary $60,000. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications
