Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proposal‑writing experience in the A/E/C industry. Strong organizational and communication (written and oral) skills. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office. Experience with CRMs (Cosential/Unanet preferred). Strong writing, editing, graphic design, and layout abilities. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Available for minimal travel.
