Key Responsibilities
Get Work: Coordinate and develop qualifications packages, RFP responses, and interview presentations/materials with pursuit teams; communicate deliverables, deadlines, and progress; consolidate content into cohesive documents.
Do Work: Capture and develop business‑unit‑specific content to build a consistent brand image; maintain project information in the CRM; assist with event coordination; design local advertising.
Take Care of People: Collaborate with marketing and pursuit teams across departments; support teammates for balanced workload; represent the marketing group and protect the DPR brand.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of proposal‑writing experience in the A/E/C industry.
Strong organizational and communication (written and oral) skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
Experience with CRMs (Cosential/Unanet preferred).
Strong writing, editing, graphic design, and layout abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
Available for minimal travel.
