Has a great eye for design and an exceptional flare for animation.
Is comfortable owning the end-to-end video creation process , from concept and storyboarding to final delivery.
Brings ideas and passion to help us create shareworthy, human-centered projects that delight and inspire.
Wants to help shape our motion design system so other designers can do their best work.
Is curious and adaptable , eager to explore AI-assisted tools that enhance creativity, speed, and experimentation.
Is willing to continuously learn and evolve their craft in a fast-changing creative landscape.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Working closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives .
Conceptualizing, storyboarding, and producing stunning 2D and/or 3D animations for product launches, marketing, and brand storytelling.
Using AI-powered tools (for example, in storyboarding, video editing, animation generation, or asset production) to enhance workflows and explore new creative directions.
Engaging in a variety of projects, from UI animations, product explainers, and social content to broader campaign storytelling .
Maintaining and evolving our motion design systems , templates, and best practices.
Upholding our brand standards across all platforms while continuously testing and innovating with new formats and techniques.
Staying on top of design, animation, and creative technology trends and sharing insights with the team to inspire better ways of working.
Degree in Design, Animation, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of animation and design principles , demonstrated through a strong portfolio or reel.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Figma .
Strong communication skills — able to present and collaborate effectively in English.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
A passion for storytelling, design, and experimenting with emerging creative technologies .
Bonus points for
Experience using AI tools in video ideation, asset generation, or editing (e.g., text-to-video, rotoscoping, motion tracking, or voice cloning).
Familiarity with automation and templating for motion design (e.g., using expressions, scripts, or dynamic templates).
A strong understanding of how motion supports product storytelling and brand engagement.
Interest in creative technology , video innovation , and design systems thinking .
