We’re looking for a Production Artist to join our creative Team and help bring our clients’ visions to life. In this role, you’ll translate approved designs into beautiful, on-brand assets across a variety of media formats. You’ll be the detail-driven bridge between concept and completion—ensuring every file, format, and pixel aligns with our high standards.
As part of our creative Team, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and project managers to maintain brand integrity and deliver exceptional work that makes an impact.
What You'll Do:
- Understand the objectives, target audience, and key messages outlined in the briefs quickly
- Translate pre-conceptualized designs and concepts into finalized visual assets
- Work closely with designers and art directors to bring their visions to life through production-ready artwork
- Ensure that the final output accurately reflects the initial design concept and meets project requirements
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload and short turnaround times
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools to bring fresh ideas and innovation to projects
- Independently and reliably meet and manage project deadlines
- Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
Layout-focused Branded Asset Creation
- Create branded assets based on pre-conceptualized artwork with a focus on layout and composition
- Understand how to best communicate the goal of the asset based on best practices by platform and be able to backup decisions with research
- Implement brand guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across all assets
Quality Control
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on all produced assets.
- Review artwork for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards paying close attention to small details
- Identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with and accept feedback from graphic and senior designers
File Preparation, Organization, and Delivery
- Prepare production files for print or digital distribution
- Organize project files and assets in a structured and accessible manner
- Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors for the timely delivery of completed assets
- Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and other team members throughout the production process
- Participate in project meetings, providing input and feedback as needed
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Three or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. AfterEffects is a plus.
- Previous experience in pre-press operations would be advantageous, enabling you to seamlessly integrate your artwork into the printing process.
- Exhibit excellent writing, communication, and grammar skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Highly detail oriented
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
- Previous experience in Airtable and Asana for use as project management softwares would be advantageous, enabling you to seamlessly integrate into our systems.
