Support the Head of Live-Action Creative Advertising in coordinating and managing U.S. directing teams and overseas vendors.
Provide localized creative input with a strong understanding of U.S. culture to empower and elevate the advertising production team.
Generate high-quality advertising content by combining creative thinking with game features and advertising platform characteristics; work closely with media buying, video production, and other team members to ensure the final delivery meets quality and performance standards.
Oversee the production of short video ads for the company’s games across global platforms, including scriptwriting, on-site shooting, and post-production guidance.

At least 10 years of overseas study or long-term residence experience in the U.S.; strong familiarity with American culture and mindset.
Solid experience in live‑action content production or vendor management, with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience collaborating with U.S. vendors on live‑action ad shoots (from either agency or in‑house side).
Bachelor’s degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, Film/TV Directing, or related fields; 1–2 years of experience in live‑action game performance advertising is preferred.
Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is a must.
Highly goal-oriented, with strong learning ability and execution skills; capable of quickly identifying effective methods and achieving objectives efficiently.
Previous experience in project and team management, with strong strategic and organizational awareness; at least 2 years of people management experience required.
