Overview

The Associate Director leads the analysis of business problems and the development of data‑driven solutions. This includes understanding business needs, guiding team members in writing SQL to gather data, building machine learning models, analyzing results, and presenting findings to leadership. The role combines team management, hands‑on coding, model building, and analysis, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide team members in their work.
• Develop complex SQL code to gather data from large datasets.
• Build advanced machine learning models (classification, continuous, clustering, etc.) to optimize media campaigns.
• Perform deep‑dive analyses to uncover trends and generate insights.
• Provide concise and clear findings and recommendations to leadership on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with other team members on projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data science teams.
• 6+ years of experience in Data Science (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Background in digital media preferred but not required.
• Self‑starter, quick to learn, eager to contribute.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities and projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation Range

$110,580.00 – $148,500.00 annually. This range reflects the expected pay at the time of posting and may be modified subject to applicable law and company policy.
