About Us
Fallen Media is an award-winning short-form content studio known for producing original hit shows on TikTok and beyond. Building on that foundation, we’re launching a new social creative agency division to deliver influencer campaigns, custom TikTok shows for brand partners, and other services.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. We’re seeking an experienced Agency Lead to build and scale this new division. This person will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy, driving new business, and overseeing client relationships for the creative agency. While supported by a project manager, the Agency Lead will personally lead business development and pitching efforts with brands and agencies.
What You’ll Do
- Work with our sales team to pitch new business
- Work with our team to come up with campaign proposals for brands and media agencies
- Manage 1-2 project managers to execute on brand partnerships
- Lead all new agency business efforts: research, outreach, pitching, and closing deals with brands and agencies
- Oversee campaign execution ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery
- Build strong client relationships and serve as the trusted strategic partner
- Track performance, provide reporting, and demonstrate ROI for clients
- Establish processes and best practices to scale the division efficiently
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience managing a team and executing social media campaigns
- 5 years in social, digital, or creative agencies with client‑facing experience
- Entrepreneurial at heart, a real do-er
- A communication skills
- Keen understanding of short‑form content and pop culture
- Solid operations mind–can execute projects end‑to‑end
- Deeply plugged into social media, creators, and online culture
- A natural hustler who thrives on pitching, networking, and making connections
- Comfortable working scrappy – you don’t need layers of process to execute
