Technical Content Creator, Developer Marketing

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Content Creator to join the Developer Marketing Team. The role focuses on producing compelling narratives and engaging content tailored for developers, acting as both a technical content manager and a passionate evangelist.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical marketing content
  • Translate complex technical solutions into value‑driven messaging for key audiences; serve as a subject‑matter expert during product launches and events
  • Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with the community to highlight success stories, creating compelling content that underscores the value of the product or solution
  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive developer awareness strategies that align with company goals

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of designing and producing content for a technical audience (e.g., Software Engineers, System Administrators, IT professionals)
  • Experience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive‑level stakeholders
  • Experience writing for developer and technical audiences – blogs, product documentation, technical information
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building cross‑functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization without a direct reporting relationship

Base pay ranges from $106,100 to $237,300 per year, varying by geographic location. Additional compensation can include equity, sign‑on payments, and benefits.
