Calling All Creators: Help Us Make Magic on Social Media

Are you the one who’s always first on the trends, shoots content that actually performs, and knows the difference between a good UGC post and a great one?

We're not looking for average—we’re looking for the next great content mind. The one who can turn a product demo into a viral moment. A caption into a conversation. A TikTok into a sale.

We’re a fast-moving consumer brand obsessed with storytelling, community, and results—and we want a hungry, creative, IG & TikTok-native powerhouse to help bring our products to life across social media and beyond.

This role is ideal for a recent college grad or early-career creative who lives and breathes TikTok, Reels, trends, transitions, and content creation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Scout and manage UGC creators across paid and organic campaigns
  • Shoot and edit short-form video content (think TikTok/Reels) featuring our products
  • Support execution of our organic social calendar—from idea to post
  • Organize and maintain a high-performing UGC asset library
  • Vet creators and content to ensure brand alignment and performance potential
  • Conduct trend tracking and competitor audits to help keep us ahead of the curve
  • Help brainstorm campaigns, content series, and social experiments
  • Monitor performance, optimize content, and share learnings with the team
  • Be the eyes and ears of the brand on social—and help us move fast, smart, and creatively

You Might Be the One If You:

  • Just earned a degree in marketing, comms, media, or anything adjacent (or have relevant real-world experience)
  • Know how to write thumb-stopping captions and film content that connects
  • Are fluent in TikTok, Reels, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Are obsessed with social content that’s fun, relatable, and conversion-minded
  • Are hyper-organized, collaborative, and proactive with communication
  • Can shoot and edit in-app (or bonus: with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools)
  • Love being on camera—or coaching others who are
  • Want to grow fast, learn daily, and make an impact from day one

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have your own social presence or portfolio
  • Have worked with a DTC or consumer product brand
  • Can turn insights into action, and metrics into creative ideas
