Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a high‑quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

Schedule & Work Hours

• Schedule will vary weekly but you can expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.
• During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
• Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• No supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal Interaction.
• Fashion Trend Knowledge, Outgoing, Assertiveness.

The starting rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. The recruiting pay range is $21.00 - $21.00 per hour and may be modified in the future.
