We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content that supports marketing initiatives across our convenience store locations. This role is responsible for producing eye-catching designs that drive customer engagement, promote in-store offers, and maintain a consistent brand image across digital and physical platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for retail design, a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Production
- Create in-store signage, promotional displays, shelf talkers, window clings, and seasonal marketing materials.
- Develop digital assets, including social media graphics, email banners, website visuals, and app UI elements.
- Support branding needs, including packaging, logos, uniforms, and vehicle wraps.
- Brand Consistency
- Ensure all designs align with brand standards and reinforce a cohesive customer experience.
- Maintain and evolve brand templates and visual guidelines for use at the store level.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and merchandising teams to understand campaign objectives and design requirements.
- Collaborate with print vendors and oversee file prep for high-quality production and distribution.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of design assets.
- Organize and archive design files for future reference and reuse.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional design experience, ideally in retail, QSR, or CPG environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in print and digital design.
- Understanding of print production processes, file setup, and color management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for high-traffic retail environments or convenience stores.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere).
- Ability to interpret data and customer insights into effective visual communications.
- Familiarity with store layout design, planograms, or environmental graphics.
