Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer for a global professional services firm. This is a remote opportunity; however, candidates need to be based in one of the following metro cities: New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Cleveland, Minneapolis, or Philadelphia.

You’ll join the Creative team to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, stakeholders and clients to develop and execute compelling design solutions and engaging ideas rooted in strategy that moves business forward. This is a contract opportunity.

Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal clients, art directors, and cross-functional teams to develop strategic, business-driven design solutions.
• Lead concept development and execution for digital, social, print, and presentation projects.
• Create and present clear, persuasive design briefs, storyboards, and layouts that align with business objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers to elevate creative quality and consistency.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

Senior Graphic Designer Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a senior designer in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high-quality design across digital and print.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Skilled in presentation design, social and paid campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-management skills with the ability to balance strategy and creativity.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
