Graphic Designer (Packaging & Wholesale Marketing)

Hi, we’re Speks – a Brooklyn-based product design company focused on creating fun, adult products for the office and beyond. We’re growing fast and looking for a talented designer to help shape how our products show up in the world — from packaging to retail displays to wholesale marketing.

We’re currently seeking an experienced, full-time Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help tell the Speks visual story across packaging, print, and digital channels.

What You’ll Do

• Packaging design: Develop dielines, artwork, and production-ready files for retail packaging across multiple product lines.
• Retail & wholesale displays: Design in-store signage, endcaps, POP displays, and sell-in materials that bring our brand to life on shelves around the world.
• Catalogs & sales collateral: Create print and digital catalogs, line sheets, and other B2B materials for sales and trade shows.
• Digital support: Collaborate on product launch campaigns, social graphics, and digital ads to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Brand development: Maintain and help evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across packaging, retail, and marketing assets.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of design experience, ideally with consumer products or retail-focused brands
• Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes, and the retail environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent typography, layout, and conceptual design skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Illustration and photo-retouching skills
