Head of Influencer Marketing - High-Growth Consumer Brand

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to build and scale our creator engine — shaping how the world discovers Brick through authentic partnerships, storytelling, and measurable growth.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who knows how to turn creators into advocates, content into conversion, and influence into lasting impact. You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth, and collaborate closely with Brand, Growth, and Creative to evolve influencer marketing from a generalist-led function into a structured, data-backed growth driver.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale an influencer marketing function across seeding, partnerships, whitelisting, and affiliates.
  • Manage paid influencer campaigns end-to-end — sourcing, negotiation, creative briefing, posting schedules, and optimization.
  • Lead large-scale seeding programs to drive authentic community relationships and organic content.
  • Analyze and report performance metrics (UTMs, affiliate codes, conversion data) to tie influencer activity directly to growth outcomes.
  • Integrate influencer creative across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to maximize ROI.
  • Establish scalable systems for sourcing, outreach, gifting, and campaign management.
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends and emerging creator platforms to keep Brick relevant and resonant.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in influencer, creator, or partnership marketing at a high-growth consumer brand (DTC, wellness, lifestyle, or tech).
  • Proven success in building influencer programs that drive measurable growth.
  • Data fluency — you understand attribution, reporting, and ROI frameworks.
  • Deep familiarity with platforms like Social Snowball and Impact.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with operational discipline.
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.
  • Alignment with our mission to help people improve their relationship with technology and live more intentionally.
