What will I be doing?
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the hotel’s brand.
- Craft press releases, media kits, and communication materials highlighting initiatives.
- Partner with marketing and sales to coordinate events and campaigns.
- Plan and execute press visits, media tours, and familiarization trips.
- Lead crisis communication, serve as primary liaison during emergencies, and maintain consistent messaging.
- Drive social media strategy in partnership with marketing, ensuring cohesive branding and engaging content.
- Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, addressing concerns to uphold reputation.
- Forge stakeholder relationships with local businesses, tourism boards, and community organizations.
- Represent hotel at industry events, networking functions, and public forums.
- Track and evaluate PR initiatives, delivering reports to senior management.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and market trends for continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated success in managing PR within 5-star or ultra-luxury hospitality.
- Experience launching new hotel properties, media outreach, brand positioning, stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with flair for compelling narratives; proficiency in English essential.
- Strong network of media contacts across luxury, lifestyle, travel, hospitality.
- Proven ability to build relationships with journalists, influencers, key opinion leaders.
- Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms and digital content strategies.
- Skilled in using analytics tools to monitor engagement, optimize campaigns, and report performance.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative PR campaigns aligned with brand identity.
- Adept at handling sensitive situations with discretion, ensuring consistent messaging and protecting brand reputation.
