Responsibilities
- Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles in response to mission requirements.
- Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by government personnel.
- Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs and collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
- Share target‑related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate and issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable.
- Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection and perform pre‑release quality control functions.
Qualifications
- Ability to research, analyze and report intelligence.
- Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection.
- Knowledge of agency‑specific tools and methodologies.
- Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.
- Level 1: High school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- Level 2: High school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Level 3: High school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Level 4: High school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
- All Levels: Demonstrated experience in an area directly related to the mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
- Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
- Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
