We’re hiring a Holiday Social Media Intern who can sell on camera and keep the feed moving. You’ll be the on‑screen heartbeat of SickFit®—running TikTok + IG Lives, posting sharp daily clips, and owning comments/DMs with real product knowledge (compression, fit, durability). Your job is simple: turn attention into add‑to‑cart and keep viewers coming back.
Term: Nov 17 – Feb 28 (holiday sprint). Crush it and there’s a path to full‑time after the internship.
About Us: SickFit is a Dallas‑based performance sock company engineering high‑compression socks that actually work. We build for circulation, durability, and all‑day comfort on the court, on duty, or on your feet for a 12‑hour shift. Clean design. Long lasting durability. We serve athletes, service members, healthcare pros, and anyone who lives on their feet—DTC, wholesale, and custom team orders. Built Different. Made for the Resilient.
What You’ll Do
Go Live + sell live: Host 3–5 TikTok/IG Lives per week. Pin products, run coupons, handle objections in real time, and move viewers to cart.
Create daily content: Post 1–2 short videos/day (Reels/TikTok) plus stories; cut 3–4 clips from each live.
Own the chat: Reply fast to comments/DMs with real product knowledge (compression, circulation, fit, care).
Execute campaigns: Run hooks, challenges, UGC stitch/duet ideas, gift‑guide moments—built to convert.
Report + iterate: Weekly snapshot on retention, CTR, ATC, and revenue per live—what worked, what’s next.
What We’re Looking For
On‑camera closer: Confident, clear, and competitive. You like scoreboards.
Platform fluent: TikTok/IG native; you know lives, pinning, coupons, goal meters; CapCut, VEO, AI savvy.
Product‑first storyteller: Can translate features → benefits (why compression matters for athletes, military, healthcare).
Operator energy: Organized, reliable, meets deadlines without hand‑holding.
Creative discipline: Strong communicator with ideas you can execute fast.
Nice to have:
TikTok Shop/Shopify familiarity, basic lighting/mic setup, Canva/CapCut chops, sports/fitness or retail sales background.
