Senior Marketing and Experience Measurement Analyst
Base pay range: $99,200.00/yr – $168,900.00/yr
Position Schedule: Full-time
Job Overview The Senior Marketing and Experience Measurement Analyst works within the Experience, Brand and Marketing organization and is responsible for identifying target audiences and optimizing marketing and experience levers to improve ROI. The role analyzes client behavior data, designs and implements performance measurement and reporting, and provides actionable insights to shape marketing and experience strategies. Example focus areas include audience building, segmentation, attribution, campaign performance, ROI analysis, lifecycle management, and experiment design.
Essential Functions
Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can inform Experience, Brand, and Marketing strategies.
Provide actionable insights through root cause analysis, sensitivity and scenario analysis, hypothesis testing, economic modeling, regression, segmentation, and data visualization.
Recommend, develop, and execute measurement approaches, analysis, and experiments that explain the incremental impact of marketing and experience on core success metrics and KPIs.
Maintain a strong understanding of division results and business drivers to influence strategies and performance.
Drive measurement, improvement, and optimization strategies by linking marketing and experience activity to business outcomes.
Build and maintain an understanding of data flows, sources, and transformations across domains; extract, merge, cleanse, and transform data for analysis.
Define business and data requirements and liaise with technology and data support teams to enhance data assets.
Apply critical thinking to validate logic and outputs, identify data quality issues, and collaborate on solutions.
Engage in industry and trade data communities to bring fresh ideas to the organization.
Lead teams to generate insights and craft cohesive stories that influence senior leaders.
Communicate technical information to non‑technical audiences.
Consult with business owners to understand problems and identify appropriate analytic approaches.
Lead and influence KPI and benchmark development and communicate results to senior leaders.
Serve as a functional and technical data subject‑matter expert.
Experience Required
5–7 years of experience in a relevant field.
At least 4 years of analytics experience.
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, economics, math, engineering, or analytics preferred (or equivalent work experience).
Advanced degree or certification preferred.
Functional Knowledge
Proficiency with database and file storage systems (Oracle, Hadoop, NoSQL).
Intermediate experience with SQL.
Understanding of statistical concepts and analytic techniques, including descriptive statistics, forecasting, economic modeling, regression, machine learning, exploratory analysis, segmentation, and variance analysis.
Ability to assess analytic solution requirements and leverage external capabilities when needed.
Business Expertise
Experience with marketing data and understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and marketing channels.
Previous experience in Marketing Analytics and Measurement.
General business knowledge from education or past experience.
Understanding of key business drivers and leveraging them to achieve goals.
Awareness of best practices and integration with other areas; knowledge of competitive landscape.
Impact
Conducts moderately complex analysis with significant business impact.
Collaborates with leaders across the firm to provide analytical guidance.
Coordinates tasks, meets deadlines, and may mentor associates.
