Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our client's team and lead the development and execution of their marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for enhancing brand visibility, crafting compelling messaging, and supporting business development efforts through content creation and CRM support. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of storytelling ability, analytical thinking, and project management skills to help position our organization effectively in the market. Develop and refine brand messaging and product positioning in collaboration with leadership
Conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy and differentiation
Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging for various audiences
Maintain and update website content to ensure alignment with brand standards
Design and implement social media strategies for the organization and key team members
Create digital content that builds brand awareness and thought leadership
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to guide decision‑making
Produce marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and client communications
Manage production timelines and ensure consistency across all marketing outputs
Ensure all materials meet relevant compliance and quality standards
Support planning and execution of events such as webinars, conferences, and client meetings
Provide timely marketing support to the business development team
Assist with CRM management and maintain accurate contact and sales data
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience; experience in professional services or financial industries is a plus
Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
Experience with marketing analytics and performance tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Canva, Constant Contact, Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Professional, resourceful, and optimistic with a strong sense of urgency
Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
