Role Description:

GreyOrange is seeking a data-driven, creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this strategic and hands‑on role, you will develop and execute digital content strategies that drive brand awareness, increase organic traffic and generate qualified leads. You’ll manage SEO, SEM, AIO, content development, social media and digital engagement across multiple channels, helping amplify GreyOrange’s voice in the warehouse and retail store software industries.

The ideal candidate combines strong digital strategy skills with exceptional writing capabilities and is comfortable owning projects from ideation through execution with minimal oversight.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the company’s digital marketing and content strategy is executed in alignment with brand and business goals

Develop, write, copy edit and optimize digital content including blog posts, social posts, case studies, ebooks, emails, video scripts and web pages

Plan, manage and publish social media content for LinkedIn; monitor engagement and respond as needed

Manage SEO strategy and execution, including on-page, off-page and technical SEO, keyword research and content optimization

Own AIO (AI optimization) strategy, including prompting, testing and refining content created or enhanced by AI models to meet quality and performance benchmarks

Optimize SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), collaborating with internal stakeholders

Own performance reporting for organic channels, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush and Oktopost to track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion and lead generation, and maintain dashboards that communicate insights to internal stakeholders.

Work closely with Product Marketing on content that is aligned with product positioning and go-to-market plans

Monitor algorithm and AI model updates and adapt digital strategy accordingly

Support demand generation, ABM and sales enablement initiatives with targeted content

Pitch in across the marketing team as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field

8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, SEO, SEM and AI-enhanced content — preferably in a B2B or technology/SaaS environment

Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills across formats and platforms

Demonstrated experience managing SEM campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn

Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Ads Manager

Familiarity with AIO techniques, AI writing tools and prompt optimization best practices

Strong understanding of GA4, website analytics and marketing performance reporting

Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and social scheduling tools such as Oktopost

Familiarity with technical SEO and SEM best practices (e.g., metadata, sitemaps, landing page optimization, bid strategies)

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

Experience writing for supply chain, retail, automation or enterprise technology audiences is a plus

Experience working in a lean, fast-paced marketing team (and thriving in one)
