What You Will Do
Provide a top-tier level of customer service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly.
Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations set forth by the company and gaming control board.
Become familiar with our betting options and discuss them with customers.
Resolve customer disputes or complaints and escalate to a supervisor when needed.
Work collaboratively with the team and leadership.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation per company policy and gaming board standards.
Perform any other duties assigned.
What You Will Need
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, some holidays).
Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Excel, internet).
Minimum one year of cash handling experience.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
21+ years of age or older.
Background check clearance.
Ability to obtain a gaming license if required.
High level of customer service and professional presentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform simple math.
Responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements.
Physical Requirements
Stand for extended periods.
Lift, pull or push up to 25 lbs.
Write for extended periods; reach, bend or twist without significant barriers.
