We’re seeking a revenue growth minded Director, Growth Marketing who is passionate about scaling brands through data-driven media investments and innovative growth strategies. You’ll manage large budgets ($20M+) and turn insights into profitable, sustainable growth across channels like TikTok Shop, Amazon, and paid social.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead growth marketing strategies across all paid media channels.
Scale DTC revenue and optimize customer acquisition from $5M+ to $25M+ budgets.
Drive rapid experimentation to uncover new growth opportunities.
Strategically implement AI bidding to maximize conversions and ROAS.
Lead TikTok Shop and Amazon advertising growth initiatives.
Build predictive and attribution models to improve ROI and channel efficiency.
Manage cross-channel performance, testing, and creative optimization.
Lead and mentor a small team while fostering a culture of experimentation and managing agency partnerships.
Key Requirements
8+ years in digital/growth marketing with the Beauty, Cosmetics, Retail and Media industries only. Must have a deep understanding of product margins and eCommerce landscape.
Proven success scaling paid media with strong ROAS and managing media budgets of $20M+.
Deep experience in Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop, Meta, and Google platforms.
Experience harnessing AI bidding utilizing PMax or Advantage Plus.
Strong background in attribution, analytics, and growth modeling.
Expertise in social commerce, live shopping, and influencer/creator partnerships.
Experience leading growth teams and managing external agencies.
