Product Marketing Co-op - Applicators, Caulks and Sealants (Sherwin-Williams, Cleveland, OH)
Position Summary: Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Product Marketing Co-op to support Applicator, Caulk & Sealant Brands including Purdy, Sherwin Williams, Valspar, Bestt Liebco. This role offers hands‑on experience in product lifecycle management, marketing execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. You'll work closely with the Product Manager to drive growth, innovation, and customer engagement across different product portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including product set‑up, updates, and discontinuations.
Support commercialization efforts for new products, including packaging development, launch planning, and internal communications.
Conduct competitive analysis and retail audits to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and merchandising opportunities.
Collaborate with Marcom and Creative teams to develop packaging and marketing assets such as sell sheets and product catalogs.
Maintain product data in systems like PIM and Workfront, ensuring accuracy across channels.
Help prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and customer meetings.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Channel Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technical Services to support product initiatives.
Qualifications Work Schedule:
Part‑time during academic semesters Full‑time availability during breaks and summer preferredp>

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Detail‑oriented with an interest in product strategy and consumer behavior.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with DIY or professional painting tools and accessories.
Experience with product management systems or marketing project tools.
Prior internship or co‑op experience in a product‑focused role.
