What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead strategic user research initiatives across the product development lifecycle, ensuring exceptional user experiences from discovery through post-launch evaluation
Design and execute mixed-method research studies to uncover deep customer insights that drive tactical improvements and strategic design direction
Partner with cross-functional teams to refine research questions addressing immediate needs and long-term experience goals
Transform complex research findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders to enhance user experience
Establish ongoing experience measurement approaches to maintain high user experience quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
2+ years of experience as a UX/Design Researcher working with digital products and services
Experience planning and conducting various research methodologies, including usability testing, concept testing, user interviews, and surveys
Proven ability to lead complete 'end-to-end' user research projects from defining research questions to delivering actionable insights
Mastery of diverse research methods across generative and evaluative research
Bachelor's degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with both generative and evaluative research methods
Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trusted partnerships within design and engineering teams
Proficiency in data synthesis and storytelling to present research findings effectively
Familiarity with emerging research methodologies and tools
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertain research environments
