We are seeking a creative detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our design & marketing team. The successful candidate will help translate our brand vision into compelling visual content for print, digital and social media platforms. This role will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including marketing, product, and communications to deliver high‑quality design assets aligned with our company objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute design projects across multiple channels: web banners, email campaigns, social posts, printed collateral, packaging layouts, and more.

Interpret marketing objectives and creative briefs into meaningful visual solutions.

Maintain and evolve brand identity by applying consistent visual standards and guidelines.

Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, product, communications) to understand needs, provide design insights, and iterate on feedback.

Prepare and deliver final files in required formats and coordinate with vendors (printers, external agencies) when necessary.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance visual communication.

Ensure accessibility, usability and mobile‑friendly standards for digital design assets.

Assist with the production of motion graphics or simple animations (optional / bonus) depending on candidate’s skill set.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (agency, in‑house or freelance).

Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and for digital work e.g. Figma, Sketch or similar.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy.

Experience creating for both print and digital channels.

Excellent communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (print, web, social media).

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality.

Bonus

Basic animation / motion graphic skills, UX / UI design exposure, video editing experience.

Experience with HTML / CSS or motion graphics for social and web content.
