Social Media and Promotions Manager – LinkedIn Specialist Quire is seeking an

exceptional Social Media and Promotions Manager

with a specialization in

LinkedIn strategy . In this role, you will help us

build and engage our professional community , working closely with designers and leadership to translate Quire’s value proposition into compelling content.

You will bring both

analytical rigor and creative vision : using data to shape strategy, monitoring engagement trends, and presenting your insights in polished, professional formats. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive at the intersection of

strategy, storytelling, and execution .

QUALIFICATIONS

This position is paid hourly as a 1099 contractor.

Compensation for this role is based on experience and ranges from

$36 to $60

per hour, with a potential for a higher scale based on more complex creative work.

We will pay a premium for candidates with extensive experience in LinkedIn strategy.

This opportunity is a contract consultative position. Flexible work schedule and ability to work some nights and weekends may be needed.

Candidates must be available during normal business hours, with flexibility for distributed time zones.

Quire offers above‑market compensation to individuals who maintain the highest standards, possess consummate professional expertise, with all compensation marked‑to‑market using third‑party salary and contractor platforms; those who exceed average experience or efficiency can expect a material premium to market rates.

Candidates must be top performers with a strong work ethic and be able to perform in a fast‑paced environment. Enthusiasm for learning will be critical to your success.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Editorial Strategy:

Support the development of our editorial posts to support a comprehensive strategy for community growth grounded in research.

Engagement Insights:

Define objectives and KPIs, monitor performance, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting and Presentation:

Share findings and recommendations in clear, professional reports and ideation sessions.

Ads Promotion & Management:

Build and manage an advertising/post‑boosting strategy with measurable success metrics.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams and external PR firms to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree and experience with managing LinkedIn profiles for businesses and enterprises.

Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as Generative AI platforms that improve both creation efficiency and visual impact.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions and communicate findings in a way that is easy to understand.

Deep knowledge and experience in Engagement Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Ads/Boosting Posts, and Community Growth/Retention.

Self‑starter with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
