What To Expect The Process Design Team is creating the factory of the future by bringing conceptual designs to life, producing cutting-edge detailed designs of chemical and other factory utility piping systems that are fully integrated with manufacturing processes. As a Process Piping Designer, you will play a critical role in our efforts to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
What You'll Do
Develop design documents and deliverables in 2D and 3D using Revit and AutoCAD
Develop clash‑free fabrication‑level models (LOD 400-500) for onsite assembly of specialty piping systems
Utilize Revit fabrication parts to provide accurate design and fabrication schedules to Estimating and Procurement
Work closely with multiple disciplines utilizing effective communication skills
Develop and modify P&IDs for piping systems
Generate shop drawings and piping isometrics for construction deliverables
What You'll Bring
4+ years of Computer Aided Design, Process Piping Design and evidence of exceptional abilities
Experience as a detailed designer in Process Piping Design, Process Improvement, or Operations within a high‑tech industry such as Petro‑Chem, Pharmaceutical, Food & Bev, or Semiconductor
Proficient in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
Working knowledge of OSHA, ASME, and building codes
