In this position, you will lead the Lincoln Group Marketing team to leverage data and technology to enable excellence in how we approach the market and decision‑making. You will drive consumer and product marketing activities for 2‑row Lincoln vehicles, including product launches, pricing, offers, and sales sustainment, while leading a team of 4‑6 brand and product marketing managers.

Responsibilities

Lead Lincoln marketing strategy and executional functions including GPDS milestones, market equation, program planning volumes, program research, concept research, customer research, price strategy, launch strategy, launch plan, go‑to‑market, offering strategy, incentive/payment planning and sales sustainment for 2‑row vehicles.

Lead the overall brand strategies for products and product‑based experiences.

Launch all‑new and refreshed 2‑row Lincoln products.

Steward increased efficiency and speed of decision making using in‑market data and insights.

Deliver products and launch strategies that increase addressable and interested market, including growth audiences.

Collaborate with the Lincoln Family Group Marketing Manager (3‑row vehicles) to maintain showroom cohesiveness.

Find opportunities to inject personalization and customization into the Lincoln products.

Lead identification of new, deeper insights from data and customer research to inform strategies and drive the Lincoln plan.

Work closely with key partners—including product development, design, finance, sales organization, comms, media, CX, Model E, Ford Blue, GDIA (Global Data, Insights and Analytics), Enterprise Digital and Global Marketing—to deliver program targets and vehicle line profitability.

Identify ongoing life‑cycle efficiency opportunities for cost, offering strategy, incentive spend to ensure we are improving our business.

Co‑manage Brand Promo budget with the partner Lincoln Group Marketing Manager across the Lincoln Marketing team and ensure key priorities are funded.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Hybrid Work This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
