Technical Designer - AI Qualifications
Proven experience as a Production Designer (or equivalent) with a portfolio of detail‑oriented design across digital & product
Demonstrated experience architecting AI solutions: agentic/multi‑agent workflows, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and structured outputs
Hands‑on with LLMs and generative models (text/vision/audio), retrieval/grounding, and evaluation methodologies
Strong graphic design skills: visual communication, typography, layout; mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop (advanced retouching)
Meticulous file prep, asset management, adherence to specs, and quality control for largescale content operations.
Ability to create and maintain clear documentation (style guides, SOPs, tech overviews) and to drive QA/testing of assets, templates, and tools
Excellent cross‑functional communication; demonstrated success partnering with both creative and technical teams
Strong problem‑solving, systems thinking, and attention to detail; comfortable with debugging complex pipelines
Detail‑driven, systematically organized, enjoys unblocking teams, and thrives on optimizing design and AI workflows through rigorous documentation, testing, and “designer”‑in‑the‑loop safeguards

Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks and components (e.g., planners/critics, vector stores, embeddings, evaluators, observability)
Experience developing automation scripts or custom tools to improve design workflows; ability to architect and develop agentic AI at scale a plus
Skilled in Sketch and familiarity with UI/UX principles is a bonus; ability to prototype in context and present solutions to creative and stakeholders is also a plus
Basic understanding of front‑end development (SwiftUI, React) or creative coding tools (Processing, TouchDesigner, Unity) relevant to prototyping is a plus
Bonus points for exposure to genAI for media (image/video/audio), ASR/TTS, and media asset pipelines; comfort with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
Understanding of accessibility standards and localization/transcreation workflows is a bonus
Technical Designer - AI Description
Architect agentic AI workflows and multi‑agent systems
Work with existing internal model endpoints and tooling
Collaborate closely with creative and technical teams to accelerate high‑quality content production initiatives
Design and implement agentic and multi‑agent patterns (planner–critic–actor, tool‑use/function calling, memory/knowledge, safety/approval gates)
Integrate with existing internal models, APIs, and approved tools; define contracts, guardrails, and observability for safe deployment
Build retrieval and grounding pipelines (RAG) using internal knowledge bases, templates, and brand/style guides
Adapt high‑quality internal templates and design systems; translate creative briefs into scalable AI‑assisted workflows
Develop assistive agents that propose on‑brand copy, imagery, and UI microcopy; stage actions for human approval
Create prompt libraries & frameworks, evaluation datasets, and reusable tool flows for common content tasks
Support optimization of design and AI workflows via tool testing, process refinement, and quality assurance
Implement evaluation harnesses (quality, safety, bias, compliance), A/B tests, and automated regression checks
Establish SLAs, retries, and idempotency for production pipelines; monitor use, latency, and success rates
Create, maintain, and adapt clear documentation: style guides, model/agent specs, workflows, and technical overviews
Run playbooks for designer‑in‑the‑loop reviews; define approval criteria and rollback/ compensation steps
