As the Group Marketing Manager - TAVI, located in Santa Clara, CA or Plymouth, MN, you will set the Division’s strategic direction and tactical implementation of full life-cycle activities for your assigned market segment.

What You’ll Work On The US TAVI Group Manager is the core marketing owner and driver of success for the Abbott, Structural Heart, TAVI portfolio. This role requires marketing strategy development and oversight while influencing all facets of Sales and Marketing within the division. Responsibilities include forecasting, financial and marketing plan development, sales materials and training, pricing, materials management, business development, new product development and introduction, market launch support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key duties:

Implement strategy and programs to create demand for the Division’s products.

Demonstrate continual improvement in product and commercial matters.

Lead and participate on cross‑functional teams to support organizational goals.

Develop and lead staff, manage performance, engagement, and recognition.

Maintain effectiveness of the Quality System and comply with EHS policies.

Travel up to 33% of the time domestically and/or internationally.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics marketing.

Strong understanding of market and customer dynamics, sales processes, and regulations.

Strong managerial skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
